Touchaheart Nigeria reports that Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), the country’s sole telecom regulator, has prohibited Nigerians under the age of 18 from having Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards.
All SIM card users must be 18 years or older, according to a draft copy of the updated Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations released on the NCC’s website.
