Buhari Accepts Defeat Congratulates Sulodu On Anambra Election
Touchaheart Nigeria reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated Charles Soludo, the newly elected governor of Anambra State.
The president said in his congratulations statement.
I congratulate Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, a member of the Presidential Economic Advisory Committee (PEAC) and candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), on his victory in the Anambra State gubernatorial election.
I applaud the security agencies’ determination to guarantee that the election went off without a hitch, and I applaud the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for successfully completing the exercise despite the early setbacks. Prof Soludo, I implore you to mobilise other stakeholders to address the massive difficulties that Anambra State and the Southeast face in general.
