In the boys bathroom, 16-year-old student grabs a 15-year-old girl by the throat and rapes her, see why
Touchaheart Nigeria reports that a 16-year-old teenager has been charged for viciously rapping a 15-year-old classmate in a Powder Springs high school bathroom.
Malachi Mpata, a 16-year-old from Georgia, is accused as an adult in the crime.
He was apprehended after allegedly pushing the girl against a wall, grabbing her by the throat, and ordering her to perform s*x acts on him.
According to the police warrant, he allegedly slapped the girl and yelled slurs at her during the incident, which occurred after school hours at McEachern High School.
The girl was then escorted to the boys’ bathroom and assaulted while her assailant put his h and around her neck, according to the warrant.
Cobb County Police Department’s special victims unit arrested Mpata on December 7.
The assault occurred on November 17, and the young man is accused of rape and sodomy.
In a statement, the Cobb County School District said it “immediately reported” the incident to police and that it would not speak further on the issue to preserve the girl’s privacy.
Mpata’s neighbor, who lives across the street, said she was taken aback when she learned of his actions.
‘I just honestly, I’m shocked,’ Sarah Dell told CBS46. ‘I just can’t believe what he’s being accused of.. He watches the kids without his mother even asking.
‘I’ve seen him around children, he’s been in my house. I mean he’s going to school and said he wants to be a doctor. It’s just stunning.’
