Adele Tries To Save Her Relationship With Rich Paul As It Became Strained Due To Distance

Adele, a British singer, is said to be seeking to restore her relationship with Rich Paul, a billionaire sports agent, after their time apart strained it.

According to the British tabloid The Sun, the singer has been holed up at her boyfriend’s house for the past week after they had difficult to see each other in recent weeks.

Adele has been in Las Vegas for her residency while Rich Paul has been traveling for work. Over the weekend, sources told the tabloid that the couple is having “trouble in paradise,” amid reports that she had canceled her Weekends With Adele gigs due to marital issues.

Adele had previously stated that the show “ain’t ready” due to set issues, production delays, and key team members contracting Covid, prompting her to cancel the 24-date residency.

The source said;

 

“Adele is staying at Rich’s house in Beverly Hills just trying to fix their relationship because things have become strained.

“They barely saw each other at the beginning of the month because he was away for work and she was trying to focus on the Vegas show.

“She was upset he couldn’t be there with her when things started falling apart with the residency and it made things difficult for them both. She needed him there, but he couldn’t because he has his own busy career too.

“It was a very emotional and stressful time for her. Now they are spending some quality time together to try to save things.

“They really like each other but it’s been a tough few weeks.”

During rehearsals, Adele was said to have been heard “shouting and sobbing” on the phone to Rich.

 

Her first public relationship after divorcing entrepreneur Simon Konecki, the father of her nine-year-old son Angelo, in 2019 is with Rich, 40. In July 2021, the couple was first seen together during a basketball game.
