While on a training trip, the aircraft, thought to be a Super Mushak, crashed within the NAF facility.

Alkali was identified as one of the plane’s pilots in a statement signed by Alhaji Sule Dauda.

The deceased had already been buried according to Islamic customs at the NAF Central Mosque in Kaduna, according to Dauda.

The late Alkali was said to have recently received an award from the Royal Air Force in Britain for being the finest international cadet.

The newest development came after a NAF plane crashed in Kaduna a few months ago.

A Beechcraft 350 was involved in the event, which occurred in May 2021, and the plane crashed near the Kaduna international airport.

The Chief of Army Staff, Ibrahim Attahiru, and ten other military officers on board were killed when the jet crashed.
