After Fuel Farm Explosion, Chinese President Consoles Cuba President
In response to explosions at a petroleum storage facility in Cuba, Chinese President Xi Jinping expressed sympathy to Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel on Monday.

Xi, who is also the general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, expressed his dismay at learning about the tragic casualties and property losses brought on by the fuel farm explosions in Cuba’s Matanzas region.
Xi stated that he sent his profound condolences to the dead families and the injured on behalf of the Chinese government, people, and himself as well as on behalf of those who lost their lives in the blasts.
He continued by saying that China was prepared to help Cuba.
