Touchaheart reports that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not acknowledge the parallel market, sometimes known as the black market, the dollar to naira exchange rate opened at 668 for $1 today. As a result, the central bank advised anyone in need of foreign currency to contact their bank, reiterating that the I&E window is only known exchange.

The players purchase a dollar on the black market for N665 on Wednesday morning, August 10, 2022, and sell it for N668 after purchasing N660 and selling it for N665 on Tuesday morning, August 9, 2022.
