Water Tank In Lagos Falls, killing 2 People- NEMA
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) reports that a water tank from a scaffold fell and killed two people at Ladi Lak, Bariga, Lagos State on Sunday night.
On Monday in Lagos, Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, the South West NEMA Zonal Coordinator, verified the event to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
According to Farinloye, a two-story building’s tank scaffolding crashed into a bungalow in the adjoining property, killing two males—an adult and a child—while injuring three other adult males.
Prior to the arrival of emergency personnel, he said that community leaders in Bariga transported the injured to the hospital.
He claimed that the event happened in the Lagos suburb of Bariga’s Adeleye Street, Ladi Lak.
