After a two-week journey to Europe, Sen. Iyorchia Ayu, the PDP National Chairman, arrived back in the nation on Friday.
This information was provided in a statement that Mr. Simon Imobo-Tswam, Special Adviser to the National Chairman on Media, released on Friday in Abuja.
Imobo-Tswam reported that Ayu, who left the country on September 14, arrived back in Abuja at around 7 p.m. via the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.
Recall that Ayu transferred control to Amb. Iliya Damagun, the party’s Deputy Chairman (North), and informed the Independent National Electoral Commission of the transfer (INEC).
