Delta Couple Complete Traditional Marriage Rites Amidst Flood

 

Touchaheart Nigeria reports that despite the water that is currently destroying the Akparemogbene Community, a Delta couple, Asiayei Enaibo and Emily Ekanpou, went on with their traditional wedding ceremonies.

On November 3, 2022, the traditional wedding ceremony took place in Ayakoromo, Burutu Local Government Area, Delta state.

The ceremony was held on a platform built in the center of the flooded community, and the couple and their guests arrived by boat.
