American Shanquella Robinson allegedly murdered in Mexico
According to the report, she was a member of a party that traveled from Charlotte to Cabo on October 28 to celebrate a friend’s birthday by renting a villa.
Reporters have been told by Shanquella Robinson’s mother, Salamondra Robinson, that she last spoke to her daughter while she was dining with her friends in Cabo and shortly after she had arrived.
Despite their agreement to speak the next day, Salamondra only ever received a call from one of her friends informing her that Shanquella was ill and that they were awaiting a doctor’s arrival.
“They said she wasn’t feeling well. She had alcohol poisoning,” Salamondra said to the news station. “They couldn’t get a pulse. Each one of the people that were there with her was telling different stories.”
Later, Salamondra received a call that her daughter died from food poisoning from one of the friends she was vacationing with.
“No one told the same story, so I never believed them anyway,” Salamondra said.
