Nottingham Forest defeated Leicester City 2-0 thanks to Johnson’s double

In a home game versus English second-division relegation, Nottingham Forest defeated Leicester City.

Brennan Johnson scored twice in the 56th and 84th minutes to give Forest three points and put the Foxes in even more difficulties.

The Tricky Trees improved to 13th place, three points ahead of 15th-place Leicester and two points clear of the relegation zone.

Leicester defeated Forest 4-0 in the first half of the season when these two teams last faced up.

Despite playing 19 games, Brendan Rodgers’ team only has 17 points to show for it.
