Final Rally: Aisha Yesufu In Tears As She Recalls EndSARS Massacre
Today, at the final rally of the Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, Aisha Yesufu broke down in tears as she called for a one-minute silence for those killed at the EndSARS protest.
Touchaheart News recalls that the EndSARS protest that took place on the
20th of October, 2020, at the Lekki Tollgate, led to the death of many who were protesting peacefully against police brutality in Nigeria.
The slogan called for the disbanding of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, a notorious unit of the Nigerian Police with a long record of abuse on Nigerian citizens.
Today at the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos State, Aishat, in tears, recalled 20/10/20 and called for a one-minute silence.
