Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, world billionaires, have agreed to an epic cage fight.

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, and Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, are exchanging heated words about their willingness to engage in a cage fight.

The feud between two of technology’s most prominent founders and billionaires played out on social media, with Musk tweeting his support for the idea and Zuckerberg responding on Instagram with “Send Me Location.”

Musk, the CEO of Twitter and Tesla (TSLA), recently tweeted that he would be “up for a cage fight” with Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta.

Zuckerberg responded via his Instagram story with a screenshot of Musk’s tweet stating that he was up to the task.

“Send Me Location,” the caption on Instagram read.

Alex Heath, an editor at Verge, added more confirmations.

I’ve confirmed that Mark Zuckerberg is serious about taking on @elonmusk and is now awaiting more information (if Musk decides to follow through) “The story speaks for itself,” a Meta spokesperson says of Zuck’s “send me location” Instagram post.

Musk tweets, “Vegas Octagon” (a reference to the Las Vegas arena that hosts the Ultimate Fighting Championship) in response to a tweet about the fight by Alex Heath, editor of tech news website Verge.

“I have this great move called ‘The Walrus,’ where I just lie on top of my opponent and do nothing,” he explained in another tweet.

Musk appears bigger than, the Meta CEO, but Zuckerberg practices jiu-jitsu, the Brazilian martial art, and won gold and silver in a tournament in May.

Elon should go to the gym, according to Chandra Sakpotha, because he may be competing with Zuckerberg.

In the Instagram story @elonmusk, Zuck doubled down. This is not going to work out for you. Pick up the dumbbells and drop the donut.

The latest decision to fight fair and square follows reports that Zuckerberg’s Meta is in the works. CNBC previously reported that Meta was “exploring a standalone decentralised social network for sharing text updates.”

Before Musk became the world’s richest man at $234 billion today, the two tech titans were at odds, jostling for the top spot on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

According to Bloomberg’s billionaire index, Mark Zuckerberg, 39, is worth $103 billion.

In 2016, after a failed SpaceX launch of a Facebook satellite, Zuckerberg publicly chastised Musk.

“I’m deeply disappointed to learn that SpaceX’s launch failure destroyed our satellite, which would have provided connectivity to so many entrepreneurs and everyone else across the continent,” said a spokesperson for SpaceX.
