Banky W’s Cheating Scandal Is Untrue- Adesua
The story concerning Banky W, a Nigerian singer-turned-politician, and Niyola, a former signee, is untrue.
On Saturday, June 24, online rumors circulated that Banky W had an extramarital affair with his wife, Adesua Etomi.
The Instagram blogger who broke the story claims that Banky W got his side chic pregnant and urged her to have the pregnancy terminated, but she refused because she had already terminated two pregnancies for him.
The publication further claimed that the singer had an ongoing relationship with the side chic before being married to Adesua Etomi.
Since the pair frequently posts pictures of their cuddly times online, many internet users expressed their disbelief at the revelation, which quickly became a trend on Twitter.
Some admirers have also prayed that the accusations are untrue.
Banky W used his Instagram feed to invite his fans and followers to a church program that deals with avoiding pornography in the midst of the social media craze.
He wrote:
“Don’t miss church tomorrow. It is Series Finale. Glad to be wrapping up ‘The Road to Freedom’ series with @bankywellington this Sunday. Chains of Pornography will be broken by the word. Invite someone as you come. Jesus is Lord”
According to a source close to the couple’s family and he confirmed that the report is false, stressing that such reports have been lingering since last year.
The source said, “It’s not true. Such rumour have been making the rounds on the internet since last year”
