The fact that real estate business has become a global phenomenon and the in thing, has made Akmodel Group always in the news.
Recently not too long ago, Akmodel Homes and Properties allocated lands to their respective clients who have fully paid and today another allocation took place.
Those clients who have fully paid up for their piece of land in one of their estates Akmar Flourish Garden Igbonla Epe, Lagos were allocated their plots.
The Managing Director of Akmodel Group, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade was on ground to present the plots and documents to them.
He introduced the smart investors as Architect Adefajo Kamarudeen all the way from Ooni’s Palace in Ile-ife, Osun State. Arch. Adefajo is supervising the Ojaja Mall project going on in Abraham Adesanya area in Ajah, Lagos State. He is not only an architect but also a builder and an investor in properties.
The second people are a couple, Mr. Abdulfatai Ishaq & Mrs. Aminat Adenike Ishaq who also believed in real estate and today are landowners.
These three (3) are the latest landowners through the company and they were all excited and happy for their dream that became a reality.
Recall that the MD said:
“Even if it’s only one person that made full payment, allocation of land/documents must be carried out because to us at Akmodel Group, one client is like ten clients.”
The M.D reaffirmed once again that real estate is the business to invest into anytime.
