Drake Announces His 7th Album, Listen And Download Here

Drake surprised fans by releasing a surprise album. “Honestly, Nevermind,” says the narrator.

Drake’s seventh studio album is titled “Honestly, Nevermind.”

On Thursday evening, the Grammy Award-winning rapper announced on Instagram that his seventh studio album would be released at midnight.

He shared a chrome-inspired album art with the caption “7th studio album ‘HONESTLY, NEVERMIND’ out at midnight.”

“Honestly, Nevermind” follows Drake’s sixth studio album “Certified Lover Boy,” which he released in September 2021 after a month-long delay.

“Certified Lover Boy” quickly became Spotify’s most-streamed album in a single day, beating the record previously held by his 2018 album Scorpion.

Drake was nominated for best rap album at the 64th Grammy Awards with “Certified Lover Boy,” but he pulled out after criticizing the Recording Academy for snubbing his pal The Weeknd the year before.

“I think we should stop allowing ourselves to be shocked every year by the disconnect between impactful music and these awards and just accept that what once was the highest form of recognition may no longer matter to the artists that exist now and the ones that come after,” Drake wrote at the time.

The news of Drake’s seventh studio album drop comes in light of Beyonce announcing July 29 as the release date for “Renaissance,” her seventh studio album and a first solo album in six years.

The 14-track album includes one feature from 21 Savage.
