In a statement headed “President Buhari Directs Urgency in Dealing with Kidnapped Railway Passengers’ Case,” Malam Garba Shehu, the president’s Senior Special Assistant for Media and Publicity, announced on Tuesday.

8. Yesterday, the new Minority Leader was announced as Senator Philip Tenimu Aduda (FCT). The statement was made in a letter that the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, read aloud during Tuesday’s session.

9. Yesterday, President Muhammadu Buhari connected the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, to pipeline and oil theft. In an interview, Buhari said that IPOB’s acts of destruction and oil theft are to blame for Nigeria’s daily output limit not being met.

10.
