Chris Brown Is Being Sued For $20 Million For Alleged Rape
A new sexual assault accusation has been leveled against Chris Brown.
According to TMZ, the 32-year-old musician is accused of rapping a woman outside Diddy’s Star Island mansion in late 2020. The plaintiff, named as Jane Doe, claims she was speaking to a friend through FaceTime when Brown took the friend’s phone and instructed her to travel to Miami immediately.
The woman, who represents herself as a model, choreographer, and musical artist, allegedly arrived on the property on December 20 and met Brown on a yacht moored at Diddy’s home, according to the lawsuit.
Brown allegedly asked her if she wanted a drink shortly after she boarded the yacht. She accepted the offer and followed the singer into the yacht’s kitchen area, where she was handed a mixed drink, according to the complaint.
Jane Doe alleges that she and Brown started conversing before she was given a refill, and that it was at that point that she had “a abrupt, unexplainable change in consciousness.”

The lawsuit claimed the lady got “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to slip in and out of sleep.” Brown then allegedly took her to a bedroom while she was “drugged” and wouldn’t let her leave. Brown then took off her bathing suit bottom and kissed Jane Doe, according to Jane Doe.
She claims the artist continued to rape her despite her attempts to stop.
Chris Brown then ejaculated inside the woman, stepped up, and informed her he was “done,” according to the complaint.
Brown allegedly contacted Jane Doe the next day and asked that she take Plan B, a morning-after emergency contraceptive tablet. The woman claims she followed instructions and did not report the incident to authorities.
Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, her attorneys, claim that their client did not go to the police because she felt humiliated.
The woman is demanding $20 million in damages for the emotional distress she suffered as a result of the alleged assault.
