Shatta Wale, a Ghanaian musician, has responded to Burna Boy’s challenge to a fight over his recent comments.

Shatta Wale sparked outrage in the entertainment industry a few days ago when he went on a rant alleging that Nigerian musicians do not support their Ghanaian counterparts.

Wizkid, Olamide, and even Burna Boy reacted to this.

Burna Boy challenged Shatta to a one-on-one fight on Instagram, reiterating his support for one Africa.

“If Shatta or anyone has a personal problem with me, I am still open to fighting 1 on 1 and squashing it after,” he says.

In a series of tweets on Saturday, Shatta Wale challenged Burna Boy to a freestyle battle at the Accra Sports Stadium.

“Oh Burna Boy says he wants a 1 on 1, let’s do this Accra sports stadium,” he tweeted. I just called a shot, and if you’re a man, don’t come sing your song, let’s do freestyle!!!

“Ghana-Nigeria” I’m ready for this, Burnaboy, and I double dare you. In fact, I dare you to stop singing because this isn’t a fight!

“Don’t let anyone tell you that I want to use you for publicity because you know money has been a problem since the day I met you, Don’t forget yourself so soon!” [sic].
