Witnesses recognised the structure as the currently under construction Joe Faraday site.

The building collapsed on Wednesday night when concreting was being done on one of the floors,

The National Emergency Management Agency, or NAMA, stated in a brief statement that there are stranded personnel inside the structure.

NEMA stated that its representatives have organised a swift reaction team to free those who are stuck.
