Third Mainland Bridge to be Shutdown for Repairs on Monday

 

Touchaheart Nigeria reports that the Federal Ministry of Works, under the purview of the Federal Government, is set to shut down all access ramps to the Third Mainland Bridge starting from 7 am on Monday, November 20.

 

This announcement was made today, November 17, by the Federal Controller of Works in Lagos State, Olukorede Keisha. According to the statement released, all four ramps linking Adekunle to the Third Mainland Bridge will be simultaneously closed from now on.

 

In light of this development, the general public using these routes is advised to seek alternative paths and collaborate with traffic management officials on duty to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic during this period.

 

The statement read;

“In view of the above, the motoring public is hereby notified that all four ramps connecting Adekunle to TMB will be closed at the same going forward. 

“Consequently, motorists are hereby advised to use alternative routes while cooperating with the traffic management officials deployed to manage traffic and ensure hitch-free movement.”
