TOUCHAHEART – The Acting Director of the FCT Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, Mrs. Rahila Isa-Baita, has confirmed that all preparations are complete for the 2023 Christian pilgrimage to Israel, scheduled to commence on June 29th.
_Inspecting Holy Sites for Safety_
In a telephone interview from Israel, Mrs. Isa-Baita explained that the visit aims to ensure the holy sites are safe for pilgrims to fulfill their spiritual obligations.
She assured that the Nigeria Christian Pilgrimage Commission and the entire pilgrims management board in Nigeria are in Israel to assess the state of readiness.

Mrs. Isa-Baita stated that many sites in Israel are safe for Nigerian pilgrims to visit, as they are not in war-prone areas.

She added that the ground handlers and the Nigerian Ambassador to Israel, Mrs. Agatha Afoekelu, are prepared to receive the contingents.
