TOUCHAHEART – President Bola Tinubu has commissioned the vice president’s official quarters, 14 years after its groundbreaking in 2010.
The residence, located within the Three Arms Zone, was abandoned in 2015 but completed by FCT Minister Nyesom Wike in January 2024, with a total cost of N21 billion.
Commissioning Ceremony
Represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, President Tinubu pledged to ensure prudent utilization of resources and fulfill long-standing commitments.
Shettima expressed gratitude for the respect shown to the office of the Vice President and the provision of necessary tools for efficient governance.

Project Details
The building comprises 15 units of blocks, places of worship, a standby power house, water treatment, and recreational facilities.
It is one of eight critical FCT projects undertaken by Wike and inaugurated by President Tinubu to mark his one year in office.
