Touchaheart Nigeria reports that AKMODEL homes and properties, which has always been known for keeping to its words, launched the Mega Double Estate tagged: “Unveiling the Box Of Your Luxury“, in Ibeju Lekki, it was also used to mark out allocation of lands to its partners and clients.
The unveiling of two estates simultaneously in the Ibeju Lekki area in Lagos State was filled with many exciting surprises.
The venue was a bee hive of activities with people from different walks of life around to witness this epoch making event.
There were 24 allocations done on that day, many of the investors in Akmodel Homes and Properties are based in the diaspora e.g. in US, UK, Australia, some outside Lagos like Benin, Warri etc., because of this fact, most of them were represented by their family members while some were communicated with through video calls.
Amongst the dignitaries that attended the event are: Mr. Yomi Fash-Lanso (a Nollywood actor), Chief Olamilekan Adebayo (Adigun Olowe Yoruba), Paul Obazele (Brand Ambassador), Mrs. Favour Benson (Media Consultant), Madam Busayo (First car recipient from Akmodel this year 2023), representatives from Akmodel Homes and Properties from Awka and Enugu Branch, Madam Princess, Madam Afolayan etc

Allocations were made and all the necessary documents i.e. Deed of Assignment, Survey etc were also given right on the spot.
An elated Managing Director, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade said it was a dream come true not just for him and his company but also for those that trusted in them to invest.
